The Associate, Program Measurement and Insights (PM&I) – ESAR supports data-driven decision-making across programmes by collecting, analysing, and translating evidence into actionable insights. This role helps strengthen monitoring, learning, and accountability systems to enhance the impact of interventions across the Eastern and Southern Africa Region.
