Not only does the TaRL approach have a well-established evidence base, but as TaRL spreads and scales across sub-Saharan Africa a host of fresh insights, implementation research questions, and innovation opportunities is driving our ambitious learning agenda.  Our learning approach is comprehensive, spanning across programme reviews and nimble deep dives to strengthen TaRL implementation; to rigorous research that evaluates impact; to learning labs and design pilots that incubate new ideas.
