TaRL Delivery Model
DGMT has a direct and indirect model for TaRL implementation. In the Direct Implementation model, key staff members serve as regional trainers, mentors, and facilitators who conduct monthly site visits and organise annual training sessions for facilitators. In this model, there is an emphasis on engaging parents and teachers for strong community involvement. The Indirect Implementation model, aimed at fostering community ownership, works through local partners. DGMT provides these partners with a 10-day training on its TaRL programs, along with toolkits and materials, while offering support in monitoring, evaluation, quality assurance, and program oversight.
